As Madhura packs her bag on the day after her conference had ended, she was still divided about her recent decision to go back home to her husband and daughter. As she pulled her luggage to the taxi, the driver came out to help her with her luggage.
Once she was seated inside, the Taxi-driver turned around to ask, “Ma’am are you headed for the airport?” Madhura replied in the affirmative to that. In her mind however, that was the last of the decisions that she was absolutely sure about.
She manages to reach the domestic terminal. At the Indigo Airlines counter, she tries to get the earliest flight to Kochi, the person at the desk informs her that there is a flight for 11.20 am. When she asks him to book it, he gives her the details of the flight and checks to confirm after each selection. Finally he checks, “So, shall I book the ticket ma’am?”
This enquiry brings about a new bout of self-doubt. Madhura responds saying, “Yes, but if you ask again, I might reconsider.”
Does Madhura take the ticket and board the flight? Do you think she reconsidered?
