At 42, she was eleven years junior to her husband Sam. They had dated for almost a decade before tying the knot. She had graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a major in Architecture. After graduation, she had joined a reputed Architecture firm.
It was a couple of years into working at the firm when she met Sam. They hit it off almost immediately. Then marriage happened, and now kids. She was just beginning to immerse herself completely back into work. Ethel loved everything about her job. And she loved her little family. She was beginning to think that she had perfected the work-life balance…
